On Monday, May 15, 2017, the first day of the "Project Cycle Management" training was held for the needs of personnel from the Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Armed Forces. On Saturday, May 6, we finished the first two-day training for the management and administration of EU projects with a focus on Horizon 2020. Our colleagues, Prof. Goran Stojanović and Marija Spasić Šola, who have implemented a large number of EU projects (Horizon 2020, FP7, Erasmus plus, Tempus, Eureka, IPA...) shared their experiences with participants from Energoprojekt, Institute for Agriculture and Vegetables, Flight Control SCG, European Affairs Fund APV, the Republic Secretariat for Public Policies... and pointed out to them the main challenges and ways to overcome possible problems during project implementation.
