During the 3-day online training we will cover the complete process of developing ERASMUS + projects from generating a project idea, writing a project proposal to evaluation. On the first day, we will point out the structure of the new Erasmus + program, with a focus on KA2 projects, their goals and priorities, novelties in relation to the previous program and the basics of project cycle management. The second day we will pay attention to the development of the idea, defining the key elements of your project proposal and creating a Logical Project Matrix (LFM). On the last day of the training, we will present an application form and a link to the LFM and the key elements of your project, which you will develop during the training and help prepare the project budget.

The training program and especially practical examples and workshops are flexible and adapted to the structure of the registered participants.

The training is intended for everyone who wants to master or improve their skills in writing Erasmus + projects, but especially for those who write and prepare Erasmus + projects for this year’s open calls. Bearing in mind that higher education institutions, gymnasiums, secondary vocational schools, primary and secondary schools, pre-school institutions and other organizations active in the field of general education, vocational training and adult education, NGO sector, sports and youth organizations, as well as companies participate in Erasmus + projects and municipalities, this training is intended and useful for all listed types of organizations.

The focus will be primarily on the preparation of project proposals for Key Activity 2 (KA2), ie cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices, which refers to the cooperation of institutions in the field of education, training, youth and sports in the program countries.
