The Horizon Europe Widening Participation and Spreading Excellence program is intended for research institutions from countries that achieve weaker results in research and innovation, so organizations from Serbia and the region do not have to compete with institutions from the most developed countries in order to get financial resources from the Horizon Europe program .
Within this program, the EU has also created a Twinning call, which aims to strengthen the research, administrative and managerial capacities of research institutions through cooperation with at least 2 leading research institutions from Europe.
Two Twinning calls for 2023 are currently open: Bottom-up and Green Deal, with the same application deadline – 09/28/2023.
Therefore, EUTA organizes a training that will help you prepare for the mentioned competition and increase your chances of getting funding. On the first day of the training, we will do a detailed analysis of the call and the application form and provide detailed instructions on how to fill out each section of the form. On the second day of the training, we will give clear instructions on how to prepare a project budget according to the new Lump Sum methodology and we will organize presentations of Twinning projects that received funding last year.
This training is part of the services that EUTA provides to researchers in the process of preparing and writing Twinning projects, and they are based on previous experience in preparing projects for Twinning calls from 2021 and 2022. Then 12 projects from Serbia with the help of EUTA received financing through the provision of consulting services in the development of ideas, preparation and writing of projects and through the holding of training for writing Twinning projects.
Trainers:
EUTA trainers have many years of experience in the preparation, writing, coordination and successful implementation of Twinning, ERA Chairs, but also other types of H2020 and Horizon Europe projects.
